Returns Policy
30-day return window
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery in resalable condition with original packaging and included parts.
Requesting a return
Contact hello@valleyclub.store before sending an item back. Include your order number, item and reason. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping and refunds
Customers pay return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and may require 5–10 business days to post.
Exceptions
Final-sale, personalized, used or customer-damaged items are not eligible except where applicable law provides otherwise.
